Engine Bay and Front Trunk Covers Carbon Fiber Audi R8 4S

Carbon fiber covers and parts for the engine bay and front trunk of the Audi R8 4S (2nd generation). Even a single piece is eye-catching, and with several parts you get a uniform carbon engine bay.

Pre-order: the following versions are made to order, with an expected delivery time of more than 30 days: X-brace and Front trunk side panels (left + right).

Engine bay

• X-brace – one-piece carbon X-brace replacing the factory part, on the factory mounting points.
• Engine bay side panels (left + right) – pair of side panels made of prepreg dry carbon (made in an autoclave), with the factory weave pattern.
• Engine bay panel set – multi-piece, 3x3 twill weave, high-gloss, heat-resistant carbon set, installed with the factory screws.
• Engine bay rear panel – long rear wall panel, recessed in the middle, made of prepreg dry carbon (made in an autoclave).
• Engine bay cover set (3 pcs) – two airbox side covers and a center cover with a round opening, made of dry carbon, replacing the factory plastic covers.
• Airbox covers (left + right) – two flat, framed prepreg carbon covers that are attached to the existing airboxes with black adhesive.
• Airbox side panels (left + right) – pair of shaped, full carbon side panels; a replacement part for the factory piece.
• Engine bay center cover – prepreg dry carbon (made in an autoclave) center cover with a round opening for the oil filler; you can transfer the V10 FSI badges from the factory parts.
• V10 center cover – full carbon replacement part for the factory piece, center piece only; you can transfer the V10 badges from the factory parts.
• Fuse box covers (left + right) – pair of carbon covers laminated onto the factory parts, for the two fuse boxes in the engine bay.
• Coolant reservoir cover – carbon cover laminated onto the factory part, for the coolant reservoir, with a round cap opening.

Engine lid (Spyder)

Prepreg dry carbon (made in a carbon mold, in an autoclave); covers that fit over the factory parts.

• Engine lid main frame cover – one-piece cover for the main frame of the engine lid.
• Engine lid vent frame cover – two U-shaped frames that surround the engine lid vents.
• Engine lid vents – two vent inserts with stepped louvers.

Front trunk

Carbon parts laminated onto the factory parts (except the replacement wheel arches), with the same mounting as the factory parts.

• Front trunk 12V socket frames (left + right) – carbon frames for the panels around the 12V socket.
• Front trunk center cover – flat center panel with a cutout for the latch.
• Front trunk side panels (left + right) – two angular side panels with recessed centers.
• Front trunk lower center piece – tall, triangular center panel with a small mesh vent at the top and a round cutout at the bottom.
• Front trunk wheel arch covers (laminated onto factory part) – carbon covers laminated onto the factory wheel arches.
• Front trunk wheel arches (replacement part) – full carbon pair of wheel arches; a replacement part for the factory piece.

Compatibility

All parts are made for the Audi R8 4S (2nd generation, 2015–2024). Pre-facelift (2015–2018) cars only: Airbox covers and Engine bay center cover. Audi R8 4S Facelift (2019–2024) only: Engine bay panel set, Airbox side panels and V10 center cover. Pre-facelift and Facelift engine bay covers are not interchangeable, so always select the generation matching your car in the “Model” option. The engine lid parts fit only the Spyder body (pre-facelift and Facelift).

Finish

Except for the X-brace and the two cover sets, all parts are available in matte or gloss finish – please note your choice in the order comments.

Installation
