Front Lips Carbon Fiber BMW F90 M5 | G30 5 Series

Carbon fiber front lips for the BMW F90 M5 and BMW G30 5 Series. They fit on the lower edge of the bumper and give the front of the car a lower, sportier look, and you can choose from a wide range of styles, from a discreet, factory-like shape to a multi-piece, race-inspired design.

The front bumpers of the F90 M5 and the G30 M Sport differ, so an F90 lip does not fit the G30, and vice versa. Select the model, the style and the model year (pre-LCI or LCI).

Available styles

For the F90 M5:

• PM V2 Style – one-piece dry carbon lip with upturned outer ends and three small vertical fins under the centre section.
• PM V1 Style – three-piece dry carbon lip: two corner pieces with upturned ends and a straight centre blade.
• PM Style – three-piece dry carbon lip: two curved corner pieces with raised edges and a long, straight centre blade.
• MP Style – three-piece: a centre splitter and two separate corner pieces; on the pre-LCI version the corner pieces end in a vertical fin.
• MP Style centre piece – the centre lip piece only, without the corner pieces.
• MP Style V2 – wraparound shape: a flat centre blade with tall, vertical end pieces at the corners of the bumper.
• 3D Style – three-piece, with a vertical winglet on the corner pieces below the outer air intakes.
• V Style – one-piece, with a wide, flat centre section and upturned ends at the corners.
• GTS Style – one-piece, with upturned ends and a slightly protruding centre section; for the LCI also available in forged carbon.
• MT Style – 4-piece, layered dry carbon lip: corner pieces with small end plates, a ribbed centre blade and a thin lower splitter strip.
• Signature Style – three-piece: a long centre splitter and two wide, curved corner pieces; plug-and-play installation.
• RKP Style – a flat centre blade with three small vertical fins and side sections with slightly raised ends.
• CS Style – a full-width lip that follows the shape of the M5 CS front splitter, for the standard LCI M5.
• ST Style – three-piece: a centre blade and two side pieces that turn up slightly at their outer ends.
• S Style – three-piece dry carbon lip that fits without modification.
• DTM Style – an understated lip with a factory-like (OEM+) look that attaches at the factory points.
• Man Style – a one-piece lip, sporty but not over the top, with minimal reduction in ground clearance.
• RWS Style – a lip with a durable high-gloss clear coat that fits without cutting or modification.
• Performance V1 Style – a dry carbon lip that keeps the ground clearance.
• Performance V2 Style – three-piece, 100% dry carbon lip with a thick gloss clear coat.
• D3 Style – a slim, one-piece lip whose side sections run up the corners of the bumper; in carbon or forged carbon.
• Centre lip – a smaller, discreet piece under the centre lower air intake, also for lowered cars.
• Track Style – an aggressive, multi-piece splitter with two-tier winglets protruding at the corners.
• Wrap Style – a one-piece, slim lip with sharply upturned ends that wrap around the corners.
• Slim Style – a slim, one-piece lip that follows the line of the bumper, with slightly upturned ends.
• Endcap Style – three-piece: a centre blade and two side pieces with a short, vertical end plate at the corners.

Material depending on the style: dry carbon or glossy 2x2 or 3x3 twill weave carbon fiber, with a UV-resistant clear coat.

For the G30 (M Sport bumper):

• MP Style – three-piece: a wide centre blade and two separate corner pieces.
• V Style – three-piece: a centre blade with three small fins and two larger corner pieces with downward-angled winglets.
• AC Style – three-piece: a slim centre blade and two corner pieces.
• FD Style – three-piece: a ribbed centre section and two angular corner pieces with raised wing tips.
• 3D Style – a prominent centre splitter section with ends that curve up at the corners; the pre-LCI and LCI versions differ in shape.
• Performance Style – three-piece lip with a factory-like look that fits without permanent modification.
• DTM Style – a lip attached with self-tapping screws; the LCI version is one-piece.
• EC Style – a lip with a UV-resistant clear coat that fits without modification.
• ECC Style – one-piece, with sharply upturned end plates at the corners; in carbon or forged carbon.
• AD Style – one-piece, made from autoclave-cured dry carbon or forged carbon; attached with adhesive tape and adhesive.
• Endcap Style – three-piece: a centre section with a recessed panel and two angular side pieces with upturned ends.
• KB Style – a slim pre-preg dry carbon lip that wraps around the corners, in gloss, matt or forged carbon.

Material depending on the style: wet carbon, 2x2 weave carbon fiber or pre-preg dry carbon, with a gloss clear coat.

Compatibility

• F90 M5 pre-LCI (2017–2020), including M5 Competition: PM V2, MP, MP centre piece, MP V2, 3D, V, GTS, MT, RKP, DTM, Man, RWS, D3, Centre lip, Track and Wrap Style.
• F90 M5 LCI (2021–2023), including M5 Competition: PM V1, PM, MP, MP centre piece, 3D, V, GTS (also in forged carbon), MT, Signature (also for the M5 CS), CS, ST, S, RWS, Performance V1, Performance V2, Centre lip, Track, Slim and Endcap Style.
• G30 M Sport pre-LCI (2017–2020): MP, 3D, Performance, DTM, EC and ECC Style (ECC also in forged carbon).
• G30 M Sport LCI (2021–2023): MP, 3D, DTM, AD, Endcap and KB Style.
• G30 M Sport pre-LCI and LCI: V, AC and FD Style.

The G30 lips are made exclusively for the M Sport front bumper (e.g. 530i, 540i, M550i with the M Sport package) and do not fit the base bumper. The manufacturer lists the V, AC and FD Style for both the pre-LCI and the LCI M Sport bumper, but since the bumper was changed with the facelift, please check with us before ordering. For the F90 Track Style, Wrap Style and Centre lip, it is also worth confirming the model year with us in advance.

Installation

We recommend professional installation. Most lips fit without modification at the factory mounting points, using self-tapping screws and/or 3M adhesive tape. Some lips (e.g. the F90 3D Style) also rest on the painted surface of the bumper, so we recommend using protective film (PPF) there. The F90 Man Style lip can only be used together with the Performance Style corner splitters after trimming to size. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us!
